Ønsker du å bli en lisert EWPL-dommer ?

EWPL-dommere er utdannet av EWPL og ikke NWPC. EWPL-dommere utdannes etter EWPL reglementet seksjon 1.4 - EWPL Judge Education.

I Norge er det vår hoveddommer som har ansvaret for å gi nødvendig informasjon og som godkjenner om du er klar til å ta skriftlig dommerprøve. Etter endt læretid og ved å bestå en skrftlig prøve tildeles du en EWPL-dommerlisens.

1.4 EWPL Judge Education

A: An EWPL judge apprentice must have been an active competitor within the sport for at least one competition season. The apprentice must work alongside a certified EWPL judge for a minimum of three weight classes at a minimum of two different competitions. The apprentice must also work alongside the national head judge for the minimum of one competition. The national head judge will give the final approval of the judge apprentice.

B. Apprentices must have passed a written EWPL exam prior to standing as an apprentice.

C. After having had completed the above steps, an EWPL license will be awarded to the new judge. The license is required to be allowed to judge an EWPL sanctioned competition.

D. Before each season, the EWPL judges must pass a new written test. If the test is not completed before the next season starts, the judge will have their license revoked, and they will have to stand apprentice again to become a qualified EWPL judge.

E: The national head judge is responsible for the whole process of educating and approving new judges within their country. The apprentices can stand apprentice by other judges, but the national head judge is responsible.

F: The EWPL is responsible for writing the judge-test every year. The national head judge of the respective EWPL-country is responsible for evaluating his/her country's tests.

G: Numerous written complaints can result in a judge's license being revoked. Each case is to be handled by the EWPL board.

H: Newly qualified judges cannot have apprentices for the first year of being a judge.
